Our products are available at fine health food stores throughout the United
States and Canada.
Are your products safe to take for those with allergies?
All of our products are manufactured in an allergen free room and contain no
yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, gluten, salt, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish,
artificial colors, artificial flavors, salicylates, or preservatives.
I purchased a product and the outer seal is intact, but the inner seal is loose.
Are they still safe?
The product is safe if the outer seal of the product has not been tampered with.
The inner seal may become loose in some cases due to moisture; however this does
not affect the product.
I left my gummy vitamins in my car and they melted. Are they still safe to eat?
Your gummy vitamins are still safe to ingest, however we recommend storing your
gummy vitamins in a reasonably cool place as subjecting them to high
temperatures may cause water-soluble vitamins, such as Vitamins B and C among
others, to dissipate.
Where do you manufacture your products?
We are proud to tell you that all of our products are manufactured in the USA.
Do you offer any vegetarian products?
Yes! We offer the following vegetarian products: Yummi Bears® Multi Vitamin
and Mineral Vegetarian Formula and Yummi Bears® Calcium + Vitamin D
Vegetarian Formul Our vegetarian products are made with pectin from fruit and
are Vegetarian Approved.
What is the source of your Omegas?
Our omega products are free of fish and come from Chia Seed oil.
What is the source of the colors used in your products?
All of our products contain all-natural colors including annatto, black carrot,
turmeric, and purple berry concentrate.
What is the source of the flavors used in your products?
All of our products contain all-natural flavors including cherry, grape, lemon,
orange, pineapple, strawberry, and strawberry-banana.
In your products that are not vegetarian, what is the source of the gelatin?
Our gelatin is from Pork. We do, however, have a selection of products that are
vegetarian and we use pectin from a fruit source in those.
Are your products lead free?
Yes! Our products are lead-free. We are a California-based company and our
production is governed by California's Proposition 65 which significantly limits
the amount of lead in any product, even naturally occurring lead which assures
you that we produce our products under stringent guidelines.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All of our products have a shelf life of two years under normal conditions
meaning they are kept reasonably cool. We recommend refrigeration to keep the
product at a consistent temperature.
Do you offer any coupons?
Yes! We offer online coupons as well as coupons in various publications. See
our special promotions area of our website.
Can I give Yummi Bears to my child if he/she is under four years of age?
We do recommend your child be at least two years old, however Yummi Bears®
are safe for children of any age who can safely chew and swallow.
How many Yummi Bears® do I give my children is one is 45 pounds and the
other is 75 pounds?
Servings per product do vary, however both children require the same daily
values and the serving size recommendations for each product should be followed.
Do you have any products for children with Attention Deficit Disorder?
Yes! Yummi Bears® ChildBright® contains clinically proven ingredients
that are essential for proper brain development, enhanced concentration and
improved mood and behavior. Scientific research shows that the DMAE found in
ChildBright® can help with focus and can be perfect for a child with
Attention Deficit Disorder.
In your Yummi Bear® products that are vegetarian, what source does the
pectin come from?
Yummi Bears® Vegetarian formulas contain no gelatin product. Instead, they
are made with pectin from fruit and are vegetarian approved.
Is there any mercury in Yummi Bears® DHA?
As with any fish product, there is a chance that any supplement contains mercury.
Our DHA product is specifically tested for this and no mercury has ever been
traced.
Your Yummi Bears® Multi-Vitamin and Mineral has Vitamin C. Is it okay to
take it with Wholefoods, Vitamin C, and/or Echinacea, which all contain vitamin
c as well?
Yes, these products are designed to be taken together. Vitamin C is water
soluble, so if you take the recommended dosage of each product, your child will
be within the normal range of Vitamin C intake.
Can I give my child the Yummi Bears® Wholefoods and the Yummi Bears®
Multi-Vitamin and Mineral at the same time?
Yes, your child can take both the Yummi Bears® Multi Vitamin and Mineral and
the Wholefood together on a daily basis. However, to avoid surpassing the daily
recommended value of vitamin A, we do suggest giving your child only two of one
variety and three of the other. A Majority of our customers switch off daily
between the two varieties.
How does Echinacea work? Why can my child only take Echinacea for ten days?
Echinacea is the best known and researched herb for stimulating the immune
system. It should be used at the onset of cold/virus symptoms for best results
and for seven to ten days only as Echinacea becomes inactive in the body if used
on a regular basis. For prolonged use of this product, we recommend ten days on
and ten days off.
My child ate more than the daily serving of Yummi Bears®. Do I need to take
him/her to the doctor?
Parents call about their child consuming more than the daily dosage and
generally, the only problem will be a little tummy ache depending on how much is
consumed. If you have any serious concerns, please check with your health care
professional.
I love Yummi Bears® for myself. Do you have anything for adults?
Yes we do! Our newest line, Slice of Life® are Gummy Vitamins for Adults
specifically formulated for adult's nutritional needs. They allow fast
absorption of minerals, and are allergen and gluten free. Try one of our 5
varieties including Multi plus Lycopene, Vitamin C plus Pomegranate, CoQ10,
Omega 3.6.9 and Energy plus B-12.
Can my child take Slice of Life®?
Children can take Slice of Life® however; we do recommend Yummi Bears®
because they are specifically formulated to match the health needs of your child.
